This liniment can build up your hands for Iron Palm Training or heal and strengthen your bones, tendons, ligaments and connective tissue.
Iron Palm is also excellent for pain and inflammation in the joints. If you practice any type of bag training this is almost a must to prevent future problems. Apply before and after training. If you are using for pain relief, apply as often as you wish.
If you are applying to any part of the body above the waist, apply in the direction of your fingertips. If you are applying below the waist apply in the direction of your toes.
If you are combining with our Authentic Dit Da Jow mix them together at 50/50 ratio. Always use a glass bottle for storing. If using separately, apply the Iron Palm first followed by the Dit Da Jow.

I purchased this, along with the dit da jow, to treat posterior tibial tendonitis, and it really carried me through a few tough weeks of recovery. Now I have “iron arches”! Something I did not know, which Nick in the shop told me, is that sometimes pain gets worse before better as the Qi energy becomes unblocked as it is activated by the liniment. Good to know.

I found this liniment to be very helpful in healing an old shoulder joint injury I had. The shoulder was always hurting and tendonitis developed but after applying the iron palm 2-3 times a day I noticed in a few days less pain and more mobility. After 3 weeks I hardly notice any discomfort at all which is remarkable since I tried so many other products that did absolutely nothing, I highly recommend this to anybody with joint pain.
