Thank you for your purchase. If you purchased one of our Authentic Liniment Kits we will be emailing you shortly with brief details about what you need to have ready to prepare your kit when it arrives.

If you purchased a product other than a liniment kit, your order generally ships the same or next day. Since we ship so fast we do not send an order confirmation email, but as described below you will be receiving shipping confirmation email.

When your order is about ready to ship an email with the tracking information is sent to you, this is sent by a 3rd party who produces the shipping label, sometimes this email ends up in the spam box, so please keep an eye open for it.

You also will receive an email from Paypal if you used them to make your purchase. This email notifies you your order has shipped and it also contains the tracking information.

We have noticed some customers who do not have a Paypal account but use Paypal for their purchase supply an incorrect email, which makes contacting them impossible, please double check that the email you gave is correct. We cannot ship any of our Authentic kits without the correct email address.
