Ordering Dit Da Jow and Iron Palm Outside The USA

We have shipped our Authentic Dit Da Jow and Iron Palm Liniment Kits and some of our other products outside of the United States. We have shipped to a variety of countries without incident except for Germany, they sometimes reject the package and send it back to us. Certain countries in the Middle East require a permit from the health ministry before they allow delivery. Starting in August 2018, countries that have allowed the kits in previously, are now rejecting them in customs. So while we can ship anywhere there is a good chance it might not pass customs.

We suggest you email us or use the contact form below with your location and what you would like to order so we can get you the best shipping costs, plus verify acceptance by your customs agency of the products you wish to order. There are some products that cannot be shipped, like liquids, certain herbal formulas and some of our Liniment kits..

Some of our customers have paid a tax from there local Customs agency. Some customers have not paid any tax, so check with your local agency to see if a tax is due. Parcelforce and Royal Mail in the UK have started enforcing payment of a tax for packages entering the country.

Since all orders are shipped priority mail international the package can be tracked and we send you a tracking number so you can check online the status of your package.

We package the kits so they arrive almost as fresh as when they were prepared. To prepare your kit when it arrives you will need a glass jar and Vodka or Gin. The jar should have a twist or clamp type lid so the jar is airtight.

How Are Payments Made?

If we can ship to your country, we have found the best way for our customers security is to pay via Paypal invoicing. If you are not familiar with this let us explain how it works.

First you DO NOT need a Paypal account to make a payment with Paypal invoicing, you can use any major credit card for your purchase.

When we know exactly what you would like to purchase, we calculate the shipping costs and send you a total price for your order. If you wish to proceed we then generate an invoice with Paypal which is emailed to you, we need your shipping address and contact phone number for the invoice and shipping label. When you pay the invoice we begin to process your order. When your order is shipped you will receive email notification with the tracking information. So this is a very straight forward and secure process.

All kits are prepared fresh and are ready for you to prepare without any additional work on your part. So the kits are ready to go as long as you have your jar and alcohol.

All kits include instructions and we also have videos here on our website to help you. Of course you can email us at anytime if you have a question, we are pretty prompt in our replies depending on your timezone.

All orders are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service) which averages 6-14 business days for delivery. USPS can not guarantee door-door tracking for international locations since they give your parcel to the Post Office in your country for final delivery. Although international deliveries usually average 6-14 business days, some delays are possible due to customs clearance in your country. We are not responsible for customs or clearance costs in your country and we cannot predict any such delays or customs related expenses.

Import duties, taxes and customs fee are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are collected by your local government and it’s the buyer’s responsibility.
