All our bottled Dit Da Jow and Iron Palm liniment we sell has been aged over 49 months and is bottled prior to shipping, we make sure that sediment is included in each bottle. We only use GLASS bottles no plastic. Plastic chemicals can leach into your liniment and become toxic if absorbed into the skin, obviously this must be avoided, thats why we only use glass.
Sediment is actual herb particles from the big jar that is conveyed to the smaller bottles when transferred. A lot of bottled Dit Da Jow and Iron Palm liniment sold online is strained then diluted down and bottled. Obviously this becomes a very weak liniment and is a total waste of money. For example each bottle of liniment we sell is taken right from the big jar into the small bottle when a purchase is made, we do not have any bottles sitting around waiting for a sale. So in every bottle we sell there is the actual Marc (sediment) from the big batch that has been brewing for close to 4 years. We use Vodka as our extraction solvent WE DO NOT USE RUBBING ALCOHOL like a lot of liniments that are sold online, this can be toxic and dangerous. Using the proper alcohol is important not just for health and safety reasons but for the efficacy of the Jow itself, if the alcohol percentage is too high then it evaporates to quickly, not allowing the herbal properties of the liniment to be absorbed into the skin, which then offers no healing activity. Have you ever used hand sanitizer? Notice how fast it evaporates and dries on the skin? It evaporates in seconds and it is only at 70% alcohol.
