The Iron Body Bone Conditioner helps develop higher bone mass and density. Similar in concept to hitting an Iron Palm Training Bag, you simply hit the area of the body you wish to condition like your shins, arms, shoulders etc. It is recommended you apply your Iron Palm liniment prior to and after each conditioning session.

The Iron Body Bone conditioner is made of heavy American made Duck Canvas and filled with black sand steel shot which is iron with reduced carbon content, this is the number one fill used by the Iron Hand/Body Masters in China, this is also referred to as Iron Sand in China. The Iron Body Bone Conditioner measures approximately 15″ long and 2.5 inches wide and weighs approximately 4 pounds. This is already filled as mentioned and cannot be opened.
