Best Dit Da Jow for 2023
With the new year just arriving we will discuss the best Dit Da Jow for 2023. Since most of us are training or working out on our own we are more susceptible to a variety of injuries. Quite a few are just starting to workout after a long layoff in 2020 so choosing the best Dit Da Jow is important. If you are involved in weight or resistance training we would recommend the Shaolin Dit Da Jow.
It is important to use a neutral to slightly warm property liniment and the Shaolin Dit Da Jow falls into that category. You do not want the properties too hot or too cold.
Sore Muscles
This Dit Da Jow is really good for sore or over strained muscles, after a long layoff the muscles are not used to the intensity and develop micro tears which results in pain, the positive of this is that when the micro tears heal the muscle is slightly stronger, to get them to heal faster an application of Dit Da Jow after each workout will accomplish this. Micro tears in the muscles makes it difficult to move with a lot of pain and immobility. This is called ‘Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness’ or DOMS, there are several important factors related to DOMS, they are.
- Pain/Stiffness
- Swelling
- Tenderness
- Loss of Strength
- Limited Movement
You probably have experienced some of these conditions when after a long layoff you started doing some arm curls and like most of us you do more sets and repetitions than you should and the next day you you are so sore you can barely bend your arms. In some cases it takes 4-5 days before you can do curls again.
This where Dit Da Jow comes in, applying Dit Da Jow to those biceps after the workout and then repeating applications a few more times will minimize DOMS dramatically. The same holds true for other body parts like the thighs, chest, shoulders. A mild massage into the muscles with Dit Da Jow is also very effective as it helps stimulate Qi movement which are the strong attributes of Dit Da Jow. Getting Qi and blood flow is important for the reduction of DOMS and healing of the muscles.
Lower Back Pain
Most people who are re-introducing themselves to working out inevitably end up with some sort of lower back pain or strain. Dit Da Jow with its unique properties is the perfect liniment to minimize lower back pain and or spasms. Applying every 4-6 hours is ideal or better yet using the Dit Da Jow as a compress.
You can also combine either together or separately the Iron Palm liniment which we will discuss below. Generally if combined a 60/40 ratio of Dit Da Jow to Iron Palm works well for lower back pain.
Contact Training
If you are involved in Martial Arts and depending on the area you are in, you might be able to train with someone or multiple individuals, this training might include sparring or other drills that require body contact. This type of training usually ends up with bruises on various parts of the body. Shaolin Dit Da Jow is the best Dit Da Jow to use in 2023 as it heals bruises fast.
If your contact training only includes hitting an Iron Palm bag or a heavy punching bag then a different Dit Da Jow is used. A liniment aptly named Iron Palm would be used. An Iron Palm Liniment is different than Dit Da Jow as it has herbal properties that strengthens and heals bones from repetitive striking drills. Repetitive striking with the hands causes microfractures, these are microscopic fractures in a bone caused when the impact from striking is to much for the strength of that bone. Osteoblasts is the body’s way of healing the bone and helping it resist damage, one of the best ways besides rest to speed up osteoblactic activity is the use of Iron Palm liniment. Applied before and after training is the best way to speed up the healing process.
Tendon Inflammation
With overuse we can develop inflammation to the tendons, this can happen when after a long layoff we over-train and then develop tendonitis in the joints. The best liniment for this is Iron Palm besides the healing properties for the bones, it has properties that target tendon inflammation as well as other tendon injuries.
