Dit Da Jow Herbs That Are Incompatible
There a lot of Dit Da Jow and Iron Palm Kits being sold online with incompatible herbs. What that means is that if two of the herbs are mixed together they can cause side effects and must be avoided. So we are listing those herbs for you so you can make sure that they are not in your kit when you purchase it.
Of course East Meets West Intl kits does not mix the following herbs in any of our kits.
Gan Cao should never be mixed with:
Gan Sui
Da Ji
Yuan Hua
Hai Zao

Gan Cao on the Left Da Ji on the right. These two herbs are incompatible and should not be combined.
Wu Tou also called Fu Tzu should never be mixed with:
Bei Mu
Ban Xia
Gua Lou
Bai Lian
Bai Ji
Li Lu should never be mixed with:
Ren Shen
Sha Shen
Dan Shen
Ku Shen
Xi Xin
Bai Shao
Antagonistic Herb Combinations
There are also Dit Da Jow and Iron Palm Herbs that are antagonists when mixed together causing them to disrupt the energy flow, thus negating each other and becoming useless, they are as follows:
Liu Huang antagonizes Po Xiao
Shui Yin ” Pi Shuang
Lang Du ” Mi Tuo Shen
Ba Dou ” Qian Niu Zi
Ya Xiao ” San Leng
Ding Xiang ” Yu Jin
Wu Tou & Cao Wu antagonize Xi Jiao

The herbs we listed are combined in a variety of herbal kits being sold online and should be avoided at all costs. If you currently have a recipe for a Dit Da Jow or Iron Palm that contains the two herbs listed above then you should modify the recipe by removing one of the herbs. If you want to replace one of the herbs but are unsure what herb should be substituted, just ask your supplier of the herbs for their recommendations. In most cases you can do without one of the herbs anyway since it doesn’t belong there in the first place.
