Protect Your Bones
One of the most common areas of concern among athletes who participate in activities such as martial arts, football and all running activities is lower leg and shin pain. Shin pain generally has a gradual onset with increased activity levels and if it is not given the appropriate attention and care, it can become a debilitating condition and may become a stress fracture.
A stress fracture is one or a series of microfractures that occur secondary to an increase in repetitive loading and excessive shock being applied to a bone.
I believe Anderson Silva suffered from microfractures from his constant training and it culminated with him breaking his leg against Scott Weidman.
In athletic activity bones are in a constant process of remodeling along the lines of stress. Remodeling is the process by which bone cells die, are destroyed, and are replaced with new bone cells. The two types of bone cells involved in the remodeling process are osteoclasts (bone destroyer cells) and osteoblasts (bone builder cells) Iron Palm Liniment helps with the osteoblasts.
These builder and destroyer cells usually exist in a 1:1 ratio in a normal bone. As one cell dies, a new cell is created to take its place. An increase in the amount of stress applied to a bone leads to an increase in remodeling activity. Eventually the bone destroying activity will exceed the bone building process and the bone may be weakened along the stress lines and may microfracture. The resulting microfractures are called stress fractures. If given time to rest, the remodeling process will eventually normalize and the fractures will heal.
Using Iron Palm Liniment will help in exceeding the ratio mentioned above to speed up the healing process. Using ice for 20 minutes after training and then applying Iron Palm liniment will help with pain and inflammation and also help repair and make the injured area stronger.

I use Dit da Jow for new injuries and bruises and its incredibly effective. I have also used Evil Bone water on some older issues but I am not that enamored with the cooling effect of the menthol there. I tend to be more a cold injury type that rarely swells or gets redness but instead has like tendonosis and cracking joints. Would Iron Palm work better for these conditions?
Yes,it would be more appropriate than Dit Da Jow. Our Iron Palm liniment does not contain menthol or camphor and is very good for inflammation of tendon tissue as well as joint and bone issues.

I want to buy the ku cheung and use it with the two kits I bought here on your two kit special which by the way is a nice deal. is it advisable to use the ku yu cheung at the same time as the other liniments?

Will this work for injuries that have been long term problems or just fresh injuries?
They both can work for certain chronic long term problems or fresh injuries, but you really need to be more specific for your particular needs.

Sir, you have the best kits I have had the pleasure of using. I study a very hard traditional Okinawan style of martial arts, and regularly end class with bruises, strains, swelling, pain, etc.
After ordering a premade 2 oz bottle and the combined Iron Palm and Dit Da Jow kits I immediately started using the Jow and was very impressed with the overnight results.
My wife tried the Dit Da Jow on some bruises on her ankles that the Dermatologist prescribed a $1,500 steroid cream for that did little to cure the issue. The Jow has almost completely rid her of the bruises and it is no longer sensitive to touch.

Been suffering for a couple of months from some overzealous classmates who like to try to make me submit by bending my fingers in all kinds of ways. Things like squeezing a lemon or picking up a 5 gallon bottle of water were painful tasks.
I tried about a tablespoon of the iron palm liniment on the fingers followed by about a small amount of the dit da jow and rubbed it into the fingers of the injured hand. At first I couldn’t believe how much better my fingers felt. Today I was able to carry in my water delivery of 5 5 gallon bottles lifting them both by the handles and the necks with the injured hand. No pain. These jows worked miraculously after brewing for only 9 weeks.
