Thank you for your order, we appreciate your business. If you ordered one of our Authentic Dit Da Jow or Iron Palm Liniment kits we will email you to let you know when your kit will ship and also what to have ready to prepare your kit. Sometimes our emails end up in the spam folder so please keep an eye open for this email.

All orders are shipped via Priority Mail, on some occasions if the order is large we will ship via Fedex, we will notify you if we need to use Fedex.

If you ordered another product we try to ship the same or next day and you will receive a couple of emails one from a third party with the tracking information when the shipping label is printed and one from Paypal when your order has gone to the post office. Sometimes these emails also end up in the spam folder

You will find that our kits are the freshest and largest kits online and each kit is made when an order is received so you will receive the freshest possible kit when it arrives. Thanks again for your order and if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask.
