Thank you for your order, we appreciate your business. If you ordered one of our Authentic Dit Da Jow or Iron Palm Liniment kits we will email you to let you know when your kit will ship and also what to have ready to prepare your kit. Sometimes our emails end up in the spam folder so please keep an eye open for this email.

Majority of orders are shipped via the Postal Service, on some occasions if the order is large or the rates are too high we will ship via UPS or Fedex, we will notify you the shipping method we use. Expect delivery times to be in the 5-7 day range.

If you ordered a product other than a Liniment kit we will try to ship the same or next day, with all orders you will receive several emails one from a third party with the tracking information when the shipping label is printed and one from the Shopping Cart when your order has been shipped and if you paid by Paypal  they will send you an email when your order has shipped. Sometimes these emails also end up in the spam folder so please keep an eye open for these emails.
