Tieh Ta Wan is a herbal ball almost resembling a gumball that is a internal or external type of Dit Da Jow. This unique product is nice to have handy if you are involved in contact sports or bruise easily.
In the video you can see how you can make a liquid Dit Da Jow. If you are not familiar with Dit Da Jow you can read our articles here on our website, but briefly Dit Da Jow eliminates blood stagnation and blood stasis which is what you have when you get a bruise or twist a ankle. Most contact injuries will result in blood stagnation and blood stasis.
What is unique about Tieh Ta Wan is that you can take it internally either by chewing it slowly or drinking the liquid after you dissolved in Vodka.
From my personal experience this little ball saved me some trips to the doctor. For our gentleman readers who like football (American) you might have participated in the infamous Turkey Bowl on Thanksgiving day with your buddies. I can remember on a few occasions during those games when we were playing tackle football without equipment, looking back it was kind of stupid, but back then it was fun, well on several occasions I remember receiving a hard shot to the ribs, a forearm to the nose, rolled ankles, you know what I’m talking about. Well on the occasions I took the Tieh Ta Wan afterwords, I healed up fast, when I didn’t have any it took awhile to heal up.
Depending on your injury a half a ball is all you need, if the injury is bad take half a ball in the morning and the other half in the evening. Repeat the next day if necessary.
So if you are involved in any type of contact sports this little gumball could be a life saver or at least help heal up any injuries fast.
Tieh Ta Wan is also used for Iron Palm training, by taking half a ball prior to hitting your Iron Palm bag you help increase Qi flow to the hands and also help in the prevention of injuries.
