Zheng  Gu Shui

Zheng Gu Shui literally means broken bone water or bone setting solution in Chinese. This liquid formula created by a Chinese Master Herbalist over 1000 years ago was used to heal fractures and broken bones. It is still used today to treat all kind of injuries, from sports, automobile and just plain accidental injuries. In sports like Martial Arts to Surfing and Skateboarding, the chance of getting a dislocated or a sprained joint is very likely.

When applied, Zheng Gu Shui (pronounced “Jung Goo Shway”) stops the pain fast starts the healing process.  For broken bones and fractures it can actually speed the regeneration of broken bone tissue.  That does not mean you do not need to see a Doctor, but applied to an injury right away before you see the Doctor will help with the pain.

How to use Zheng Gu Shui Properly

Soak cotton balls with the solution and apply to the injured area, keeping the injured area moist with the Zheng Gu Shui is very important. Wrapping the soaked cotton balls around the injured area with gauze or plastic wrap will do the trick also. If a cast is placed on the injured area, you can apply the Zheng Gu Shui to surrounding area to help speed up the healing process.

We are a authorized reseller of Zheng Gu Shui, packaged and approved for sale here in the USA. Beware of the counterfeit bottles being sold on the internet.

Many Uses for Zheng Gu Shui

Zheng Gu Shui is also used by people who have achy feet from standing all day or people who suffer from Plantar fasciitis, just apply liberally to the bottom of the feet let dry and then put on your socks and shoes, done several times a day, especially before standing for long periods helps with the pain. If you suffer from tennis elbow or similar inflammation conditions, Zheng Gu Shui will be of great help in recovering quickly.

The formulation in Traditional Chinese Medicine works on multiple pathways, first it moves Qi and  blood, dispelling  any blood stagnation, second  it stops pain and relaxes the muscles and tendons, third it promotes healing. As mentioned above it will even speed up the healing of broken bones and fractures. If you suffer an injury, it is very important to see a Doctor right away, I stress this vehemently , if for some reason you cannot get to a doctor right away, then apply the Zheng Gu Shui in the interim.

Zheng Gu Shui is for External Use Only

Zheng Gu Shui is a external use only formula and must not be ingested and must be kept out of reach from children. As with all powerful liniments like Dit Da Jow or Iron Palm, Zheng Gu Shui has a alcohol base and is flammable, so it must be used and stored properly. It can stain your clothing if you do not let the liniment dry before you dress, It dries fast so just be patient. To remove any stains rubbing alcohol does the trick.

  1. I like the Dit Da Jow you sell a lot more than the Zheng Gu Shui as it works better for fresh bruises and sprains. Your kit to make your own at home is so economical especially with the price of Zheng Gu Shui going up so much. I believe I read on your site that the herbal properties of Dit Da Jow is appropriate for swelling as it is more neutral and not hot, which you should avoid in the beginning of an injury. If I am mistaken please correct me.

  5. I have been using Zheng Gu Shui over 15 years when i worked with some asians that were on my construction team in housing, i told them i was having tennis elbow problems and they brought my in a bottle from chinatown where they lived, I tryed it and have not been with out it ever since.Becareful if you are fair skinned or sensitive skin, my xgf found that out, i believe it also has iodine in it so if you are alergic to iodine be careful otherwise its GREAT STUFF.

    • Yes Zheng Gu Shui is great to have on hand and as with any liniment always test your sensitivity before applying to much, and always wash your hands after applying any liniment. Authentic Zheng Gu Shui should not have any Iodine in it, there are lots of knockoffs now but we sell the original version.
