Oral Chelaton Therapy

At the famous Mayo clinic, they have stated that over 160,000 people die each year because of strokes. A stroke in the brain is caused when the arteries feeding blood and oxygen to the brain become clogged. What causes the arteries to clog?

To start, here is a list of the metals and there source:

Cadmium: cigarette smoke 1st or or 2nd hand, fungicieds,pesticides soft drinks.

Nickel: from hydrogenated fats and oils, refined and processed foods, Lead from auto and bus exhaust, canned fruit, stainless steel cookware.

Lead: from auto, bus and truck exhausts, canned fruit and fruit juices, mascara, plumbing, pewter tableware, tobacco, wine, paints.

Mercury: from dental amalgam fillings, cosmetics, fabric softeners,fungicides, tatooing.

Another major cause of clogged arteries is from Calcium deposits and elevated LDL aka( low density lipo-proteins) levels.

EDTA To The Rescue

Actually a solution to clogged arteries has been available since 1941, when men and women worked factories converted to make weapons for the military, they were exposed to all sorts of the above mentioned heavy metals especially lead, so a unique amino acid was used to rid the body of these metals t was called ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid or EDTA for short. This type of treatment was called chelation therapy, and was done intravenously which took about 3 hours per treatment and generally required 10 treatments.

In 1955 research done at the Providence Hospital in Detroit, Michigan found that EDTA dissolves “metastic calcium” that means calcium that ends up in the wrong places of the body. Places like your arteries, joints, kidneys,and bones of the inner ear.

Fortunately their is a oral way of taking EDTA that proves to be effective and yet safe enough not to need a prescription or doctors supervision. Oral chelation as it is called only costs about 25 cents a day, and is a very affordable way to rid those arteries and bodies of heavy metals, metastic calcium and LDL the bad cholesterol.

In addition, some practitioners claim that chelation therapy can successfully treat such disorders as peripheral vascular disease, Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, autism and other serious medical problems,this could be stretching things a bit and really has not been proven. Some of these practitioners use hair analysis or other scientifically unproven tests to diagnose “poisoning” with lead, mercury or other heavy metals, but only rarely are the results to be trusted.

The following theories have been advanced to support claims that chelation therapy successfully treats heart disease and other disorders. None has been tested and proved worthwhile by scientific studies:

EDTA chelation therapy might directly remove calcium found in fatty plaques that block arteries, thus breaking up the plaques.
Chelation therapy may stimulate release of a hormone that in turn causes calcium to be removed from plaques or causes a lowering of cholesterol levels.
Chelation therapy may reduce the damaging effects of oxygen ions (oxidative stress) on the walls of the blood vessels, which could reduce inflammation in the arteries and improve blood vessel function.



Despite the lack of scientific proof that chelation therapy can effectively treat problems other than proven heavy metal poisoning, the 2007 National Health Interview Survey, conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, found that 111,000 adults 18 years of age and older used chelation therapy as a form of complementary or alternative medicine in the previous 12 months.
