    Love your product and web site . I have your basic iron palm jow and really like it. I am 54 years old trained in martial arts for 40 years practicing iron palm for 15 years. I condition on a bag of mung beans all parts of hand as well as punching the makiwara. these are done 3 to 6 times a week.
    I recently bruised my left index knuckle on the makiwara and was thinking of trying your Ku Yu Cheung iron palm kit. I do a warm up and cool down in my iron palm which includes an internal breathing element.
    Do you think the Ku Yu Cheung formula is for me.

      Our Ku Yu Cheung is for hardcore practitioners of Iron Palm/Hand who are training to break something or just wanting to really condition the hands. Obviously with your experience and training you could use it but if you are not training to break bricks,caps, rocks etc.then no maybe no need to spend the extra money. Generally customers who use the Ku Yu Cheung are hitting a bag with steel shot, so it is like hitting a block of steel, this is the best way to take advantage of the conditioning powers of the Ku Yu Cheung Liniment.
